By accessing or using Melbourne Traders Academy ("the Platform") at melbournetraders.co, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Melbourne Traders Academy is operated from Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.
Melbourne Traders Academy provides an online trading education platform offering structured courses, quizzes, certificates, a trade journal, market simulator, position calculator, community features, and (for Pro subscribers) an AI-powered Strategy Builder tool.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time with reasonable notice.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at Melbournetraders1@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts to circumvent access restrictions.
Free plan
Access to Level 1 (Market foundations) — no credit card required. Free forever.
Pro plan
$14.99 AUD per month (current promotional rate). Billed monthly via Stripe. Gives access to all 10 levels, all tools, module exams, and certificates.
Subscriptions automatically renew each month until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through Settings → Subscription → Manage billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain Pro access until then.
We offer a 7-day refund for new subscribers who are unsatisfied with the platform. To request a refund within 7 days of your first payment, email Melbournetraders1@gmail.com. After 7 days, payments are non-refundable except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
Under the Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a refund if the service is not of acceptable quality or does not match its description. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.

All course content, lesson materials, branding, and software are the intellectual property of Melbourne Traders Academy. You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial education purposes only.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Melbourne Traders Academy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including trading losses, loss of profits, or data loss.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
